My dad injured his hamstring and is struggling with everyday tasks. He visited today and was left reassured that he would heal in time and that he was doing the right thing in the way of strapping it up and resting. He has to return in 2 weeks time once bruising and swelling has died down for treatment. Would highly recommend.
