From the first session I was felling the benefit straight away and after a few more sessions I have never felt better , big thank you to Waleed and Rashi who worked wonders on my shoulder, , also a mention to the girls on reception who are brilliant and nothing was a bother to them in getting you booked in or getting in touch with a cancellation. Cannot recommend CIC enough! After a few months of constant lower back pain and being misdiagnosed (I know that now!), I made an appointment and saw Rashi who quickly identified the problem and started the road to recovery. She is so friendly and put me at ease straight away! After only a few sessions I noticed a considerable improvement. Having now completed my sessions I am pain free which I didn't think was possible at the end of last year. 10/10.
